The Community Transportation Association of Idaho (CTAI) is a member-based organization whose mission is to provide members, partners, and communities with resources and information to advance mobility and transportation to all people. Founded in 1979, CTAI’s   members includes nonprofit, for-profit, public transportation providers, and other partners, all committed to providing transportation options to individuals and families throughout Idaho.

Our Mission

Community Transportation Association of Idaho (CTAI) is dedicated to continuously empowering individuals and communities to develop and sustain transportation systems that foster economic vitality and improves quality of life for all. Our focus is on facilitating transportation to allow access to the “Four Pillars” of public transportation: Employment, Healthcare, Education, and Recreation.

Executive Committee

The Community Transportation Association of Idaho (CTAI) Executive Committee’s responsibility is to set financial policy and procedure, oversee the development of budgets and monitor the financial performance of CTAI. The committee promotes CTAI’s financial success and monitors the long and short-term financial goals of the Association. The committee provides input regarding CTAI needs and makes recommendations to the Association Board that relate to the financial health of the organization.

Membership Committee

The Community Transportation Association of Idaho (CTAI) Membership Committee is charged by the Board of Director’s with the responsibility of guiding the member acquisition and retention policies of CTAI. The committee provides input regarding CTAI needs and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors that relate to membership acquisition and retention policy.
